You may now access your Personal Health Record (PHR) using the link located on the right side of this page.  THIS PORTAL IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION - EXPECTED LAUNCH DATE IS MARCH 1, 2012.

1/13/11 - We have a new automated confirmation call system.  When you receive the call to confirm your appointment, please press 1 to confirm.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call Lewes at 302-645-2666 or Milford at 302-422-5569.  Please note, if you do not confirm your appointment or call the next day, you will receive a second confirmation call.

It is our mission to provide quality care to our patients that is both reasonable and medically necessary. We will endeavor to follow contractual and ethical guidelines in our billing practices. An ongoing and random audit of our charts will be implemented and carried out on a continuous basis by our Compliance Officer with corrective action being taken to ensure well-documented medical records, accurate billing procedures, and quality patient care. Commitment to attention to the LITTLE details, because they make a BIG difference.
